Red face

I've bought an Visor Edge for a month now, when I want to use my Visor today I got the following error "Fatal exception" and the visor stops responding.

So I've tried a soft, a warm and a hard reset and the problem remains the same. After the reset the Visor hangs.
When I perform a reset and I put the Visor immediately in the cradle I can calibrate my Visor with the stylus. The problem is I can't go through this procedure since there seems something wrong with tapping with the stylus, how many times I tap on the screen, it doesn't help.

Also strange is the fact that my Visor is always recharging when he's in the cradle, even after a period that should be long enough to recharge it completely

It seems that's the end of my Visor Edge and that after a month

Is there's something that can be done to solve this problem
????

The only thing I can think about now is contacting Technical support...

A hard reset should fix every problem. If it doesn't, you get another for free. Tell tech support "hi" for me.

I have the exactly same problem

I have the same problem, so I bring it back and change a
new one, and it's OK now.. I think the quality control of
Handspring is not that good

This seems to be a recurring theme. I got rid of my perfectly functional Edge for the same reason. Who knows when the thing was about to go? I can't have that sort of impending doom hanging over my head.

Went back to the prism, and man am I happy...

BTW: Dick, that sticker is GREAT. Especially timely considering the topic at hand. And "tell Tech support hi for me..." I was laughing my A$$ off.

Cheers,
-Stimp

Their QC may suck, but at least they have good customer support.
