Anywhere other than gethightech.com for replacement screens?

I am having a small problem right now. The screen on my Visor Neo cracked, so I ordered a replacement screen from gethightech.com. The order was shipped on April 1st. I waited until April 9th to inquire about where my package was.

They told me that delivery was confirmed on April 4th. Only problem was, I did not recieve any packages. I checked on USPS web site, and that confirmed the same thing, that the package was delivered on April 4th.

Now, I can't blame gethightech.com if USPS says the package was delivered, what I can blame them for though is two things.

The package was not shipped in the method they claim. They claim on thier site, and in the emails they sent me that the package was shipped priority mail. The postal service indicated when I called to file a claim that the package was shipped Parcel Post (a lower level of shipping).

The other thing, if you are going to ship parts for a Visor, why can't you spend the extra $1.25 to require a signature upon delivery? Especially if the package has the words "Get High Tech" on it. I could be wrong, they could ship in a plain box, but I have no idea, since I never got my digitizer.

I guess what I need to know is where a good place to get a digitizer that *isn't* gethightech.com is. Any one have any suggestions?

Since when does the USPS provide tracking numbers for Parcel Post?
