syncing my visor neo with Windows XP

My new computer has Windows XP. Where do I get software for syncing my Neo to Outlook? The old software does not work with Windows XP. I can't seem to get any assistance from PalmOne.

I have a new computer, too. My Visor Pro won't hot sync, and it's driving me crazy!!!! Don't want to buy a mini-computer when I already have just what I need.

for the desktop software. I sync my prism to a WinXP PC with this version. I don't use Outlook myself, but I believe that it asks you at installation if you want to sync with Outlook, the Palm PIM, and maybe a third option.
