I have a Visor Platinum and whenever I'm messing with my Visor in my CS class lecture, the person next to me always has a Visor Deluxe and wants to beam. Often I can beam my business card to them but they can't beam to me (says that the connection was interrupted). This has happened several times. What could be the problem?

I had that problem with my new Prism. I followed someone's suggestion and moved the units further apart - like 2-3 feet. Beaming worked fine at that range.

Here's a slightly different problem - my Prism's beam receive option (under Prefs-General) is resetting itself to "Off" on an irregular basis. At first I thought it was when I did a reset (annoyingly frequent - I use WeSync and the hotsync hassle apparently has yet to be fixed) or maybe when I hotsynced, but I checked those out and that's not it. Anybody have any ideas?
