Handspring.com

Anyone order from Handspring.com recently? I bought a Neo + Case on there on Tuesday and paid about $13 for express (overnight shipping). Still not here Friday!

Airborne Express says that Handspring hasn't given them the package yet. Their tracking says it was taken on Thursday but no other info. Handspring's order page said it was shipped Wednesday. I called Handspring and said because of the plane-thing they can't do express shipping and will refund me, but then looked up the tracking info and said they ARE trying to do express shipping but it hasn't been sent yet and they don't know when it will be, but if it takes longer than Tuesday I'll get a refund on shipping (and I'm guessing it will!).

I've heard that Pros/Neos have arrived through Handspring.com to some people. Any info on this site? Bad experience. =(

I ordered a Deluxe from them a couple of weeks ago. Paid the extra money, I think it was $12.00, and it got there two days later. In reality, it only took about a day and half to arrive.

I was very impressed. Sorry to hear that you are having difficulty. Hopefully HS will be able to assist you and you will have your new Visor soon.

Someone I know ordered a Vdx the day before yesterday and used express shipping. And got it yesterday.

Hmm, I think everyone in my situation (including me) is very very confused.

I got my order today but it was brought over by a UPS guy(??), who told me it was supposed to be shipped by FedEx but somehow he got it? And he gave it to my neighbor?

It's a strange situation, both Handspring and AirEx seemed to have no idea what was going on, and I still don't really know what went on. =\

But I got my new Neo, it's very nice, and the green deluxe matching case probably matches better with my Smoke Neo than the green Deluxe!
