Okay, I come from work at 11:00 today, tons of paperwork due, and needed the peace and quiet to get it done by tomorrow. No sooner do I sit down and at 11:15 the door bell rings - FED-EX with my BVD!!!! (looks like I'll be up all night). Anyway, did all the setup stuff, and get the old "you computer did not hotsynch.." message. Changed serial ports, rebooted, same results. This is my initial attempt to hotsynch. Anybody lend a clue?? I need it.

I found that the install software had trouble seeing which port I was plugged into. I had to "tell" it to look at COM1 under setup and it found it.
