I use my visor at school, and I accidentally dropped my visor. When I picked it up the screen was cracked down the middle. Will Handspring replace my Visor?

They charge $80 for a replacement monochrome screen I believe.

Handspring charges $85 for a new unit. They ship FedEx overnight.

Go to Handspring.com - customer servoce - repairs and returns and call the 888 number.

The service is excellant !
