Using Juno with Thinmodem

OK, I have tried to find and follow the directions on this and other forums, but I cannot get this to work.

How does one use Juno with the Thinmodem? I have Rasspy, but I cannot seem to get it to work the way I got it to work for BlueLight.

(By the way, I am still on the look out for a pay site as well, but I want one that does not use a credit card and is 'by the minute'.)
