Take a look at the Handspring homepage (www.handspring.com)... They are now stating one week delivery! Maybe they've finally got a handle on the shipping side of their customer service. Hopefully, the rest of their CS issue will be resolved quickly, too.

Its been officially one week for some time now. handspring seem to have gotten their order processing issues in order (at least most of it). What they need to do now is process returns and replacements faster than how they are processing them now. I suspect they will fix all or most of the problems they have been having before they start selling via retail outlets.

yes it states one week when you check out, but if you go back in to check on your order it still states 4 weeks. I'm still waiting for mine, but it's only been a few days. Geez it's hard to wait...
