My Christmas present this year was a Mobile Internet Kit. My friend was told it will also work for the VDX. On the box they indicate that it need`s an upgrade to OS 3.5, but that is not possible for the VDX, right?
Before I open the box and can`t give it back, I would like to know if anyone has experience with this kit. Does it work properly with the VDX, what exactly is it doing, is it the same as IrLink or something additional?
Many questions from an internet newbee - so thank you for all replies.

OS upgrades on VDX

No the OS can't be upgraded on the VDX - and OS 3.5 is required to use the MIK. I think you can run PQA's from Palm OS 3.3 or higher.
