the sad thing about this is....

The terrorist are probably laughing their asses off at some of the ideas that are being floated around on how to stop terrorism .

On a more cheerful note, my brother came up with a interesting way to prevent hijackings, everybody should be required to strip naked before boarding the aircraft, if everybody flies naked then you can't smuggle any weapons aboard .

I'm guessing that 31 percent of American's also failed to complete the 10th grade...

Interesting statement considering there's a punctuation error.

I surprised myself by my reaction to the article. I'm more bothered by the idea of random police searches than the internment camps.

I'm guessing that a certain percentage of americans would support almost anything, that's what makes this place so great.

I guess that the proper statement is that 31% of the people who took the poll answered in such a way as to indicate that they supported internment camps.
Polls are notoriously unreliable and most are biased in the way they are presented.
Polls are usually given out to influence people, not to register actually beliefs.
I could go so far as to say that polls are the work of the Anti-Christ, but I don't want to start a religion side thread....

I should have learned proper punctuation long before the 10th grade...

"but, would he (or He, if you prefer) support detention camps?"

I thought that the poll was about Americans? Wasn't Jesus from somewhere towards the middle east? He'd probably be put IN one.

Absolutely. Jesus wants as many minorities as it takes to get 49.9% of the population put into detention camps.
