Question

I'm considering letting a friend in the US order a Visor Deluxe for me and ship it to Sweden where I live. My only worry is: Will my US Visor be compatible with the European version said to be released it January 2000. It would be a drag if I had to order by springboards and other accessories from the US in the future. But I don't think I can wait until January...

I think the 'european version' will be just the same as the US version...
I think it's just a matter of logistics that they only start shipping to europe in January..

Since the Visor uses bateries you don't have to worry about the power supply and the springboards will use the same standard...

maybe they will sell a translated version...

Lightbulb

You write the unaccented letter, then make do an accent stroke (like the backwards N for teh tilde thing, or a loop-loop for the duble dots). Bring up the grafitti help and page down to the last page, it's all right there.

not likely

the european one will have to include os 3.3 instead of 3.1 since european customers will expect and need the euro symbol.

right?

The euro symbol is included in the Visor!

also the accents... Luckily dutch does not use them a lot because they are a b1tch to write...

But all european charaters are possible on the visor..
