 Question Omnisky in the Twin Cities metro area

Hello,

If you have the service (in the Twin Cities or elsewhere). How satisfied are you with Omnisky? How is their Tech Support? I currently have YY and am thinking about switching provider. I appreciate your inputs and responses.
