Nope MiniJams cannot do this, only one PC to MiniJam

I don't think the minijam software would even accept a renamed file.. I think it has to be a true mp3 before the loader software will even look at it.. and as LeaDxPainT said, it's a one way trip, PC to MiniJam (no return trip possible).
