Running pdb's off CF matchbook ?

Ok I have my matchbook drive coming this week...Now I'm pretty sure I can do this , but I just want to make sure.

Can I say run a 22MB teal movie PDB off the compact flash card? Thats all I need to know.

Any help is appreciated
