I have both the serial and the USB cradle for my PC. Whenever I try to sync using the USB port, I get the blue screen with a VXD error. Any help would be appreciated. I am using win 98 not SR2.

If I remember correctly, Win98 before SR2 had serious USB problems. Use Windows update to get a fix for it; you don't need the whole SR-2, just the part that fixes the USB.

usb and BSD

I have had the same problem running Win2k SP2. It doesn't dump every time but every third sync is way way too much.

Anyone else have this issue with Win2k?

My Mac is,of course fine!
