Angry

I am having problems, haven't been able to move any MP3s over to my visor. I'm using Mac OS 8.6.1, and I don't think I should need to be using OS9...?

I put the extension in the extensions folder, rebooted, put the visor in the cradle, launched "MiniLoader", it looks like it's trying to connect, then launched "MiniJam Browser" on the desktop... and the browser still says "Visor Disconnected"... anyone know what to do about this? Frustrating...

Here is an error message i do get, multiple times when I launch the MiniLoader on the Visor:
"Could not complete your request."
"The serial port is currently in use by another application (-97)."

Any similar experiences? Any help appreciated!
TIA

Post Try this...

I don't have a MiniJam and I use a serial cradle with my Mac (not for long, just got a new G4 ) but try this...

Do a soft reset. I've read many other posts where people could not get USB hotsyncing to work with a Mac, did a soft reset, and it cured the problem.

Also, Hacks can sometimes cause hotsyncing problems.

Hmm. A soft reset didn't work, and I don't use any hacks. Anyone else? Thanks in advance.
