PC Internet connection through cradle?

Hi, here is my question: I have Internet access on my Visor through Visorphone using Voicestream ISDN. However, I don't have Internet access on my PC. Now is there a way I can get online on the Visor, put it in the cradle, and feed that connection to my PC through the USB cradle? What software/setup would I need?
