First of all, I plan on buying the Standard Visor. Is there any difference between it and the Deluxe besides the extra memory and the different colors that the Deluxe comes with?

The Visor deluxe comes with a leather slip case where the regular Visor only comes with Snap Cover.

Other, then the Memory and Colors, I don't know of much else.

Afterburner overclocks the CPU for better performance. Never used it, though, so I'm not the guy to get details from.
