Palm V beam to Prism Fatal Error

I just got my Prism (yay for contests!) and my friend has a Palm V. He tried beaming his address book entry (just his info) over and it would give me a Fatal Error and do what appears to be a Soft Reset.

Any ideas? I do not think he has OS3.5 if that matters. I did a search on these forums but did not see a similar problem...

Update: I can beam information to his Palm V so I guess it is a 3.0 to 3.5H problem?
