Assuming you have a infrared capable phone you activate the infrared reciever on the phone and then choose a phone number from your address book app on the PDA and beam it.

There is a software called GSMtool, which you can use to syncronize your phone numbers between PDA and GSM.

I don't know this for sure, but I think it takes a Nokia-8100 type phone. It sure doesn't work on an American 6162.

Wish it did, though.
