 Question Sprint DL Outside of Visor?

I'm just wondering what happens when you remove the Sprint Digital LInk from the Visor? I presume you can't answer calls on it but will it ring or let you know that someone has called? Thanks.

No, the unit will not even power on if it is not plugged into the Visor.
