As a result of graduation, I find myself the happy owner of a new Visor Delux and Garmin E-map Delux. They both sit in their syncing cradles side by side on my desk deluxing, and it makes me shamefully happy. Any way I can utilize the two of them together via connecting them somehow? Aside from duct-taping the two back to back.

In this same vein, what about other mapping stuff for the VD? I've got Microsoft Streets and Trips plus the Metro Cd that came with the Garmin - anyway to transfer those over?

Check out this thread on Visor Village: http://www.visorvillage.com/boards/...sages/1770.html

It deals with attaching DeLorme's Earthmate GPS to the Visor, but should apply to any RS232-compatible GPS unit (such as the Garman Emap). It's a bit pricey, but I think the EFIG programmer's springboard is the only option to hook a serial ported GPS unit to the Visor at this point.
