I think Handspring's introduction of their new models is the beginning of their next generation of Visors (at least I'd like to think so). The Neo and Pro are supposed to replace the base models, so I'm hoping within the next year HS is going to release replacements for their "upscale" models (for you hoity-toity Prism/Edge owners ). For a while I thought Handspring was lagging in their innovations, and while they may not compare to Sony's new models, it gives me hope that HS is going to surprise us soon. I guess surprise is the appropriate term considering they're so secretive about their models.
I do kind of wish Visors could have Flash ROM... I didn't think it was a big deal, but with the requirements in OS versions increasing in many programs (not to mention new features), it's hard keeping my lowly Deluxe current for the year I've had it. I guess it's better than having a IIIxe! I'm just biding my time until Handspring really wows me, I suppose (or the Prism drops another $50 - yeah, I'm a cheap bastard).
Man, at least they could tease us a little with what they had in store! Yeah, yeah, don't want to discourage potential Neo & Pro buyers, do we?
