What does it mean that gethightech's visors are "refurbished"???

And is it just me or is "refurbished" a really good word to make something bad look good? I mean, what if it was a refurbished apartment?

The Visors at GHT that are 'refurbished' seem to be just used PDA's that are missing parts or boxes. I can't find where they explain 'refurbished'. Perhaps I will stand corrected.
Refurbished is supposed to mean that a factory authorized company has checked the piece out and brought it up to new (or like new) standards, this often means replacing the casing or other asthetic parts.
I wouldn't mind a refurbished apartment, the new paint and carpet would get the other folks' smell out of my house.

Talking got my $149 Prism today

I got one of the 'slight scratch' Prism's from Consumer Depot today....the scratch is so small I can hardly see it. What a steal!

It came with the Prism, sleeve case, hard cover, USB cradle, and the charging brick.

As an update: Gethightech has sold out of their stock of Prism's, and now offers a big bunch of Red Visor Neos, complete in box, for $130. (Still "refurbished")
