Help with Network Sync!!

I am working on a network, and would like to hotsync my palm appointment/contact info on my pc, and have that information available on multiple pc's (my 2 assistants) so that they can update my appointments/contact information, then sync again on my pc and have any changed info on my palm (Visor Platinum).

IS THIS POSSIBLE????

This is how the network is configured....

Windows 2000 Server.....(No exchange server available)

all the workstations are running Windows XP with OUTLOOK

ANY AND ALL HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!
Thanks,
Scott

You don't need to do a network hotsync to accomplish this. Just give your assistants permission to access your calendar and continue to hotsync to your local pc. I know exactly how to do this wih Exchange server but I'm not too sure with the 'Internet Email Only' configuration. Maybe it's as simple as putting your *.pst (Personal Folder File) in a shared directory and setting up a profile with that pst on your assistants' pcs. Anyone else?
