Need some help here

For the past week my Prism hasn't been very responsive to the power button(it would take me a few tries to turn it on or off) I thought i might be a program i had installed so i tried a hard reset. For some reason the reset froze at an inverted screen of the "Palm" logo.

Ok, now the umpteenth time of trying a hard reset it worked. And I still have to press the power button like 4 times to turn it off or on.. Must be hardware .
