Unhappy Just another question, sorry

Sorry, I don't know the answer to that one.

My question is this: buying a Visor from Handspring's website entitles one to the same $50 rebate as anywhere else. The thing I don't get is that fact that you are buying directly from the company......why do I have to submit a coupon to them to get the rebate? Why can't they just immediately apply the rebate on my order. I pay them $50 just so they can turn around, waste a stamp and mail it back to me.

Guess I am just not smart enough to figure it out. <sigh>

Talking

It's a limited time offer. That implies buy now. They sell, you wait, you 'keep' (terms), they credit. It's not an instant rebate. The rebate or 20% off, is a way of leaving you "wow good deal." It is considering the Deluxe is still superior to a number of PDAs. Put yourself in a similar mindset and understanding's a breeze. I will next order through Handspring. Opposed to resellers, they have a longer MBG, free shipping, my name in their immediate records, and decent CS.
