Every time I do a sync, it seems like it's syncing a lot more than the one file I'm adding to the Visor. I know it's also checking all the prefs for every other program to make sure they're all current, but is there a shortcut when you're just adding one little program 30 seconds after the last Hotsync so it doesn't have to go through every single program on the Visor?

Never mind -- I think I answered my own question by looking at the sync log. I understand better what is going on with Hotsyncs now...
