Has anyone else noticed, or am I going crazy/blind? The minijam page at Innogear seems to show a color - screened Visor. The background is white (not like the normal green) and two of the icons on the screen (lower right-hand corner) appear to be in color!

Talking

no offense... but i think you're going crazy/blind.

it's pretty clearly your average visor, perhaps there's alittle distortion from jpg resolution, or reflection from when the photo was taken, but that baby's grayscale.

i fully support you, however, in your quest for reality via wishful thinking.

i agree matty, if you look at the rest of the picture, the colours are slightly faded so it would be logical to say that the screen would be lighter aswell. besides, it doesn't really look any different than my current visor when there's light shining on it...now, am i a handspring employee who has a colour prototype???

NO!

(in his best "Rainman"): Yeah, definately grey scale.

I see what you mean, the buttons on the screen seem to have a reddish tint, but it must be something to do with the .jpg because it's a greyscale.

(note to self: come up with a cool/funny signature)

Maybe it's just me, but the other night I was at PalmGear and they had a Handspring Banner ad displayed... while the picture it contained was fairly small, it looked to me like it was a IIIc. The reason I say that is because the screen WAS color (as far as these old, tired eyes could tell) or, maybe, I've been hangin' 'round you people too long

That picture of the visor at innogear look like a grey scale visor to me. That being said, I have no dobbt that a colour visor is on the horizon. I would be surprise if Handspring does not have any goodies for us in time for christmas

It's just a normal Graphite Visor. The whole pic has just a reddish tint... when you look at the buttons, they seem to be of a slight pink...
So you are right, the screen has a color (slight red), but it's still our good old b/w Visor!
