Noticed that they now have swivel clips for their products. Emailed about converting my Basecamp I bought least year. They said to send it back and they will retrofit. No charge.

Opened the package with the FullCharge and to my suprise it contained the Auto-charger, not the AC Adaptor. Much to my chagrin, I referenced the Order page I printed and I had clicked on the wrong button. Kicked myself a few times for being a dummy. Called customer service to explain the problem. They said to send it back and they would swap out without the new order waiting period.
