I ordered a handspring solo and a serial cradle, than found out a few days later I would not receive any sofware. I called handspring and they said it had been 8 days since my order and they could not change or cancel it. I would have to send it back and reorder. Not good customer service.

Could someone out there send me the Mac software for a Visor? [email protected]
