Question

Hi guys, just got the mac version of Avantgo and I was wondering if what just happened was coincidental or a known problem.

I had my Vdx reading the NY Times when I got a low battery message. When I swapped the batteries I got a fatal exception message and had to hard reset. Anyone else seen this?

Also, how do I change the memory allocation for a channel?

I'm not sure about the fatal error bit. i know many of us were getting a fatal error using avantgo not to long ago whenever we scrolled down while reading an article (especially if there was a graphic) and that was solved by an AvantGo fix (we had to 'reset connection' from the menu in MobileLink.

As far as channel size, log onto AvantGo website and when you're in your account, Click on the 'edit' button at the top of your channel list (left hand side) and a list of your channels will appear. click on a channel and all the details (for editing) will appear.

Talking

Thanks. For some reason I had thought that the settings would be on the handheld, but doing it on the server actually makes more sense.
