Hello, I've just bought a platinum visor..and I noticed that the spec info on handspring's site says it uses v3.5.2H
whereas the app. status on my platinum says v3.5H. ie.its missing the .2 bit. I'm a little perplexed, I'm sure its not a big difference but seeing as it's spanking brand new..i'd like to know why. hhmm confused.

There is an update to the OS. You probably need to run the patch. It is available on the Handspring Site.

That's surprising though.. My Plat that came from Hand, came with 3.5.2h2 in the ROM. SO.. I wouldn't think that there is a problem. Anyways. the updates update the h part. They don't make it go 3.5 to 3.5.2. So.. That's really weird..

Let us make sure we are all talking about the same version number. It is easy to think you are looking at the OS version, when you are actually looking at one of the application version numbers. To see the version number of the operating system, do the following:

• From the standard application launcher, press the menu silkscreen button.
• Select App.
• Select Info ...
• When the information dialog box appears, select the Version button at the bottom of the screen.
• The top line will then read: Palm OS� software v.3.???
