I'm returning my Minstrel because its too much of a hassle to use. Its difficult to get in a connection where I live and work (Tucson and Phoenix) and forget it if you are indoors. I also drop conection all of the time. Lastly the modem is pretty bulky in my already bulky Prism. I've always been an early adopter but as far as I'm concerned this technology is not ready for prime time at least where I live.

After they got the system back up here in Dallas, it works fine.
