I've been looking for a place to buy the 8meg ram chip so I can make my solo into a vdx. Can anyone tell me if this one will work? It's advertised as compatible with Palms...

Hmmmm

I don't know the answer to your exact question, but......
isn't there a pair of resisters located just below the ram on the visor solo/std that if moved to the blank location next to their existing location convert the existing system ram from 2-8 MB? I could be wrong.
