Will PalmGear deliver on their OWN products?

Looks like Palmgear is in the springboard making business now. There's an 8MB version as well. Interesting. I wonder if they'll not ship their own stuff as in the case of the Memplug?

Palmgear's modules are most definantly rebranded Haigiwara modules so, it's up to you on what you think they will do. Palmgear has the proble, of being one the of the ONLY suppliers of Palm stuff that is big, and everybody flocks to it. I am surprised that they can pull off shipping it period!

I have a Soundsgood and had a problem with the audio jack and Good sent me a replacement but said I didn't have to bother sending in the old one. My wife has one also and the plastic case split along the top and the seam along the side. When I called Good about a replacement or repair I got a call back from Palmgear saying "if it isn't under warranty..."

I had exceptional service last time I had a problem. The tech-support guy even chatted with me about mp3 files and using the module in the cold. Palmgear just told me things I know and acted like they didn't want to help.
