I have a Prism with the YadaYada modem. I installed the PalmGear PQA and it will show the software, but the "GET"
button will not allow me to download any application.
Does anyone know what else I have to do? I am using Surewave
PQA browser.

Do you have the PQA Updater App installed? You need that to make the downloads work.
