Is there a hack or something to make the contrast silk screen button go away? I'm getting tired of pulling up Contrast by mistake.

Try this

I assume that you are hitting the contrast button as you are trying to hit the dropdown menu button. I recently installed MenuHack, which in addition to making the interface a little easier to use, would virtually eliminate the need to hit the button on the silkscreen. It is available at:
