Flashing prism?

Has everyone had a problem where the prism flashs and will not stop. It becomes frozen. Only thing I coulod do was hard reset.
Any ideas? What to do ? and why it happened?

Yes I have had this problem during soft resets only. As far as I can tell it happens when a module is removed while it is soft resetting.

During my 17 months of Prism usage, I have seen this problem many times. My Prism did become more stable once I removed QuickBits but I have had this flashing problem twice in the last week! Both times, the Prism had locked up and I had to attempt a soft reset. This resulted in the flashing.

BackupBuddy has been my savior!

Reply to Brian On Flashing Prism

Thanks Brian. I do have Quick Bits on my handheld. may remove. I know about Backup Buddy. It seems that the crashing of this Prism happens so often. I know I have a lot on it, but it was made to have programs and to run. I love the color and the handheld. I just feel the Prism is not the best quality product there can be.
