I'm upgrading and have to sell my Deluxe first. I have all original pieces, etc. even the original box. I'll also include the leather daytimer I've been using as a carrying case.. $150 + shipping

what kind of shape is it in? are there any scratches on the screen, case, etc.

It's in perfect shape. No scratches, etc. I have all original covers, & the slip case. In fact the slip case has been in the drawer for a while. I also have a leather day timer type of binder I've been using as a case. This binder is in very good shape as well. There are no problems with the unit I just need to upgrade.
