MS09. dll error out of the blue

In the last day I have started to receive a MS09. dll error out of the blue when syncing my Visor Platnium to Outlook 2000 Mail and using a third party application EFAX. These programs have worked fine for well over a year. Any suggestions as to what the problem may be?

ms09.dll is a MS Office file. You can try to reinstall MS Office and your conduits, or use the MS Office repair function. Save your personal data first (outlook.pst).
