good luck...

Public Relations is really a term for media relations (read: don't bother calling unless you're from a major news outlet).

If I haven't been able to get a satisfactory response from customer service, I'm usually able to track down a project manager or even the CEO of the company and bring up my issues with them.

I'm having an e-mail conversation now with Donna Dubinsky regarding accessibility issues for the Treo for deaf/hard-of-hearing people. She has been very receptive to this and at last contact, had some engineers looking into giving the Treo the ability to connect with text-telephones.

I found Donna to be very accessible too (once you figure out here email adress).
Way back I had a problem getting my Vdx shipped to Holland. Donna helped me out and I ended up owning the first European Visor!

No, but that might work

Actualy I figured it out myself, I won't tell it here because we don't want her to be spammed... just look at an HS email adress and you can figure it out, that's all I say about it...

(p.s. if anybody posts the email adress we'll remove it...)

She helped me get my first VDX.

She has always answered my questions, eventhough they might not have been the answeres I was looking for.

My Treo 600 is my phone, my PDA, my watch, and my MP3 player. Oh yeah, I take a picture once in a while with it. Convergence is such a great thing.
