Visor Phone and exorcists

I just started using my Visor Phone in Italy the other day and it works very well in regards to making and recieving calls. The only annyoing thing is that my Visor Deluxe makes a clicking noise while scrolling through the memo pad and reducing the volume after I switch from the Visor Phone to using the Visor and back again to the phone. Any ideas on how to remedy the situation or similar experiences? Does it need an exorcist?
