I love the fact that the Outlook Inbox hotsyncs to the Visor, but does anyone know any way to include mail subfolder synching as well?

The provided conduit will not sync sub-folders. You can purchase Companion Link software and it'll do the trick. You can find them at www.palmgear.com or www.companionlink.com.
