Visor Deluxe and Motorola V60

Howdy,
Can anyone tell me if there is a cable out there which will allow me to use my cell phone (Motorola V60, ATT service) to check my email with my visor deluxe? Gomadic makes one, but it requires CDMA wirelss service (Sprint, Cingular, etc) ATT uses TDMA service instaed. V60 phone does not have IR.
Thanks.

The cable and the cellular service have nothing to do with each other. Any cable built to work with the v60 and the Visor Deluxe/Platnium/Prism should work. But you may be SOL, because AT&T's TDMA service doesn't support data connections (last time I checked, anyway). You may want to check with AT&T to find out if your service area is going to upgraded to GSM anytime soon - they're in the process of rebuilding their entire network with a GSM infrastructure. If it's available, you should find out how to upgrade - you'll have to do it sooner or later. If it's not available, and you REALLY need wireless service for your Visor, you might want to look into another service provider (pretty much every other major US provider allows for data calls).

Thanks Critic for your response. This clears it up. Unfortunately I just signed a one year contract with ATT, and if they upgrade to GSM then my phone will be obsolete, so either way I'm SOL. Let this be a lesson to me and everyone else. Do the research before signing a contract. S***!
Thanks for the info.
