So, I sign on and see that Handspring has a dandy new number. Ooops. They don't answer that phone either, AND it's not toll free! In fact, when I try to call it, it always lapses into a busy signal. "Customer care" indeed.

Then I see that Handspring has added a Customer Support number to its website. Good move. Clicking on CUSTOMER SUPPORT, however, brings up a blank page. Now, this is the Handspring web site we know and love.

Progress?
