Help. I can't install the hotsync software on my PC! I am running win95B on my laptop (in a docking station and the serial cradle) and whenever I try to install the software I get the following error:
An error occurred during the move data process: -115
Component: Hotsync\Driver Files
File Group: Drivers
File:C:\windows\system32\Drivers\VisorUsb.sys


When I press "OK" it kicks me out of the installation.

Here is my issue: I don't even HAVE a ssystem32 directory on my PC.

Any ideas? I spoke to tech support this morning and they said they were going to have to escalate it.
