Unhappy My Prism doesn't response to my tap/grafitti input

Yesterday, my Prism hung. So, i soft reseted it. But, it still hung. Then I hard reseted it. The welcome screen appeared and asked me to tap anywhere to continue the Setup process. I tapped it everywhere, but there wasn't any response from my Prism. I soft reseted, hard rested & system rested my Prism, but to no avail. Please help!!!

Drain the batteries?

Open it up and make sure there are no wires loose?

As a matter of fact, my prism battery did drain off. Felipe, what do you mean by no wires loose?
