You mean like their products will be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks...

Their phone waiting times nearly take 4 to 6 weeks...

You'd think that the pictures would be up since they make people want to buy their products.

November 23rd Web Page Photo Update:

To our customers:

Yesterday we started putting up images for those who have been bombarding our website for information since early October.

Web requests for these images taken on November 20-21 are scheduled to download yesterday, today and tomorrow. We have made great progress at sending our download requests. Unfortunately, there are still some early requests that have been difficult to validate because our web programmers suck. We have been in the process of trying to reach customers who are impacted in order to validate those image requests.

We have updated the download details section with more information, but unfortunaely, those links don't work either.

Many of you have asked about our web page updating and why our page doesn't seem to contain any relevant information. We continue to ramp our customers, and are pleased with the general level of discontent and annoyance. We expect to continue to strain our customers with our pitiful supply through the end of the year, and have a much stronger production capacity of photos of Visors that you can download after the first of the year. This is to further aggravate you while you wait for your Visor and can only see photos of what YOU CAN'T HAVE!!!

I'd like to thank all the impatient Handspring websurfers who, for some reason, check our page everyday expecting some earth shattering news update. Be pleased with the positive reaction from those who have discovered VisorCentral is the best website for Visor enthusiasts (except when they, too, are down).

You just forgot one thing.. you might add:
"To further confuse the issue, our web page was specially designed with a state-of-the-art positioning system to not be viewed by any client currently located in Canada."
